Admissions and Placements

Admission to the flagship PGP program is highly competitive and is based on a three-stage process:

CAT Score: A high score in the Common Admission Test (CAT) is the first and most crucial step.

Aggregate Index Score (AIS): Candidates are then shortlisted based on a composite score that considers CAT performance, academic records, work experience, and gender/academic diversity.

Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT): The final selection is based on the performance in the PI and WAT, along with the other parameters.

IIMK has a stellar placement record, with 100% placements for its 2023 batch. In the 2024 placement drive, the highest CTC stood at INR 72.02 LPA, while the average package was INR 28.05 LPA. The campus attracts a wide array of top-tier recruiters from various sectors, including consulting, finance, IT, and sales & marketing. Notable recruiters include Amazon, Deloitte, BCG, and J.P.
